'V' is
an entertaining variety show
by
Richie Curlett of Northeast Times
"V" - as
in "victory" - is lighting up the Lily Langtry's showroom at the
Radisson Valley Forge Hotel in King of Prussia. The scintillating show
is composed of six highly professional, polished acts performed by
seasoned Las Vegas artists. Tony Pace, who has a Billy Crystal persona,
sets the pace with an opening rendition of
Cara
Mia,
which
brought the house down. Pace's initials, T.P., could stand for "Terrific
Performer"- with soaring range of his high-octave voice, he did justice
to the Jay Black and the Americans hit song. He also showed himself to
be a versatile entertainer, performing a credible Louis Armstrong
impression, a Willie Nelson and Julio Inglesias duet on
All
the Girls I Loved Before, and even a Michael Jackson moonwalk with
style.
Pace,
who traveled across the country with his own one-man show, brought three
men from the audience onstage to form the " Three Amigos" a hilarious
mariachi street Band. He ended his act with the dramatic and moving
Music
of The Night, wearing the familiar half-mask from
